1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the af444 platform available at af444.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and af444 (the "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the af444 platform. Continued use of af444 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

af444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The af444 platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. af444 will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after standard verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

af444 services are directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players must not access af444 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is each player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing af444 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on af444. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending winnings, and recovery of any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify af444 support immediately.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your af444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. af444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Suspicious Activity Reporting

You must notify af444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. af444 will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period. During any such suspension, access to your account balance may be restricted.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

af444 operates a KYC programme to verify player identity, age, and source of funds. You may be required at any time to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad registered mobile number)
• Source of funds declaration for large deposit volumes

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

af444 does not accept cash deposits, international bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments at this time. All payment accounts used to transact on af444 must be registered in the player's own name and match the verified name on the af444 account.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the af444 cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your af444 account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. af444 is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by af444 within 30 to 90 minutes for standard mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by af444 are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 would require total wagers of at least ৳20,000 to be placed before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New af444 players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the af444 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is awarded as a deposit match and is subject to a 20x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player and cannot be combined with any other first-deposit promotion.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players whose accounts are fully registered and verified.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently excluded from the platform.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on af444 are subject to the af444 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In summary: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; af444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by palpable error in odds; and all in-play bets are subject to real-time acceptance and may be declined at af444's discretion during live events.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

6.3 Malfunctions and Errors

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or third-party outages
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Errors or omissions in game results caused by third-party game providers

af444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their af444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

af444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. af444 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

13.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms must be submitted to af444 within six (6) months of the date on which the circumstances giving rise to the claim first arose. Claims submitted outside this limitation period will not be accepted.
